For a low monthly fee, you can add our Concierge Medicine program – designed for those who want more personalized care and greater access to their provider.
As a Member, you’ll receive everything in our Functional Medicine and Precision Brain Health programs PLUS exclusive access to your provider and care not covered by your insurance. Included in our low, flat monthly rate:
- Unlimited visits with your provider
- 24-hour access to your provider by phone, text, video conference and email
- More personalized, preventive care
- Additional screenings and diagnostics not typically covered by insurance
Concierge Medicine offers treatment plans that are carefully tailored to your unique health profile and can lead to better disease prevention and earlier diagnosis.
Your insurance will be billed for what is covered in your plan, but you’ll have no other out-of-pocket costs besides the low monthly membership of $300.
